This system is particularly useful for organisations with customer service departments or support tasks, as it allows a clear view of any queries logged and allows a variety of methods of ticket management and assignment of tasks
Additionally, a public FAQ or Forum can be easily added to your page with a dashboard to help you to get a full overview on your activities, actions, and performance KPIs.
A further addition to version 10 is the Odoo Studio, which is a handy tool designed to allow the non-techies among us to make a few simple customisations to the ERP with adding a single line of code.
You can customize reports, easily update translations, customize actions, design custom views, create new menus, and more
Some applications have been completely reimagined and redeveloped, while others have more minor improvements which will result in a real difference in management and time-efficiency for users. Changes have also been made to website builder, e-commerce, expenses, and the API and performance of the software.
